I am a fully Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, with over 30 years of personal and professional experience.
My passion has naturally gravitated towards the realm of trauma and its profound influence on our mental health and adult relationships. My goal is to guide individuals and couples to healing from trauma, whether it stems from childhood, grief, relational trauma, including abusive relationships, towards a more loving, connected relationship with themselves and others, through self-awareness, psychological education, somatic processing, and vulnerability.
We all seek safety in our mental health and our relationships. With this at the forefront of my work, I will provide a nurturing and confidential space, for clients to explore past trauma, and overcome difficulties and heal emotional pain.
I provide clients with a set of tools to promote healing and integration, helping them to overcome present life challenges and nurturing hope for the future.
Taking that first step can be the hardest part, but it is the first step towards reclaiming your empowerment and ultimately reclaiming yourself.
Jane.
“Authenticity is about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen”
