“Each time a woman stands up for herself, she stands up for all women.”
— Maya Angelou

Women’s Circle Groups

These groups offer a calm, supportive space for women moving through significant life stages.

Motherhood and menopause are both transitions that can feel intense, exposing, and at times isolating. On the outside, life often carries on as normal—yet internally, a lot is shifting.

These circles give you somewhere to come where you can speak openly, without pressure to have it all figured out. Alongside this, Jane gently guides the space so conversations remain meaningful, contained, and supportive.

There’s something powerful about being in a room with women who understand without needing much explanation. Over time, that shared experience can ease self-doubt, reduce isolation, and help you feel more steady and connected in yourself.

Each group is facilitated by Jane Chapman, Experiential Psychotherapist, offering a warm, grounded and attuned presence throughout.

Motherhood Circle

A space for mothers in the early stages of motherhood.

This period can be all-consuming. Alongside the love and connection, there can be exhaustion, overwhelm, and a quiet sense of “Am I doing this right?”

Here, you don’t need to filter that.

You’re welcome to bring the full reality of your experience—whether that’s uncertainty, emotional ups and downs, identity shifts, or simply needing a space to pause.

Being alongside other mothers in a similar stage can help soften the pressure and remind you that you’re not alone in what you’re navigating.

Menopause Circle

A space for women moving through peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

This stage can bring a mix of physical changes and emotional shifts that aren’t always spoken about openly. For some, it can feel unsettling or difficult to make sense of.

This group offers a place to talk about those experiences honestly, without minimising them.

Alongside others who understand, there’s an opportunity to feel more anchored through the changes, and to reconnect with a clearer sense of yourself as you move through this stage of life.

If one of these groups feels like the right fit, you’re welcome to get in touch to find out more or reserve a place.

Spaces are kept intentionally small to maintain a supportive and contained environment.

You can contact Jane directly to ask any questions or arrange to join an upcoming group.
